Pastured local pork shoulder braised with organic yellow onions, in a sauce made with OWC chicken broth, raw honey, organic raw apple cider vinegar, organic spices (garlic powder, cumin, chili powder, black pepper), pastured pork lard, and Himalayan pink salt. Serve with one of our veggie purees or with our Paleo tortillas (see Sides).
