Nothing says summer like our garlic scape-basil pesto, and there’s no easier main dish than our pesto-covered chicken breast! Serve straight from the fridge with pasta salad, grilled veggies, or a bed of greens. If you opt to heat it the fantastic bright green color will change to a darker green, but it will still be delicious.

Made with local pastured chicken breast (baked with Himalayan pink salt, black pepper, and organic garlic powder) and topped with our pesto (local/organic basil & garlic scapes, organic Italian EVOO, toasted pine nuts, and Himalayan pink salt).
