Made with turkey carcasses and chicken feet from Northwind Farm, organic carrots, organic celery, fresh thyme & bay leaves, organic raw apple cider vinegar, and spring water. UNSALTED so you can use it to make Thanksgiving gravy!

*To make gravy: remove turkey from roasting pan, add 2 quarts turkey broth and stir thoroughly. Place roasting pan on stove top on high heat and reduce broth to make a gravy. Stir frequently. Do not over-reduce or gravy will be too thick. No need to add a thickening agent, simply season with salt and pepper. THESE INSTRUCTIONS ASSUME ROASTING PAN IS ALSO FOR STOVETOP USE.
