A clear and tasty soup made a bit differently than our other soups, with water as the base rather than bone broth. This makes for a light clear broth with that authentic flavor. Made with spring water, local pastured beef flank steak, organic purple daikon radish, organic scallions, organic garlic, Red Boat fish sauce (contains anchovy + salt), organic Tamari (wheat-free soy sauce), Himalayan pink salt, and a little organic expeller-pressed coconut oil.
