Our newest soup, and one we’ve been wanting to make for a long time. Made with OWC beef broth (made with mushroom stems & roasted onions and ginger), local grass-fed beef tenderloin from Sir William Farm, local crimini (baby bella) mushrooms, organic daikon radishes, organic scallions, organic garlic, local/organic shallots, fresh ginger, expeller-pressed coconut oil, organic toasted sesame oil, organic black pepper, and Himalayan pink salt.
