One of our absolute favorite side dishes, and only available in the summer months! Delicious served on bread, over fish or meats, or all by itself.

Made with all local and/or organic vegetables (yellow and green zucchini, eggplant, heirloom tomatoes, red and green bell peppers, onions, garlic, basil, thyme, parsley), expeller-pressed coconut oil, organic black pepper, and Himalayan pink salt.
