These really bring back the childhood memories, but with some nourishing updates! Our latkes are made with organic Yukon Gold potatoes, local soy-free pastured eggs, organic black pepper, Himalayan pink salt, and local pasture-raised duck fat. Reheat in a hot skillet with some healthy fat melted in the bottom (coconut oil, chicken fat, ghee, etc), or in a toaster oven. Serve with full-fat yogurt, sour cream, or just some delicious pastured butter! Three large latkes per order.
