Delicious fresh local spinach! Add a little coconut oil to a hot skillet, saute some minced garlic until fragrant and beginning to change color, then add the washed/dried spinach and saute about one minute, stirring/tossing constantly with tongs. Add a sprinkling of salt and serve. One bunch makes enough for two adults.
