This tasty casserole is made with our pasture-raised turkey meatballs (Greenane Farm), seasoned simply with organic fresh herbs (parsley, oregano, basil), Himalayan pink salt, organic black pepper, and pastured soy-free eggs. Meatballs are nestled atop your choice of pasta (Tolerant red lentil Galaxy pasta (made only of organic red lentils), or brown rice spirals (made only of organic brown rice & water), and topped with seasoned tomato sauce made from organic glass-jar strained tomatoes, organic extra-virgin olive oil, organic oregano, organic black pepper, organic garlic powder, and Himalayan pink salt. Optional organic mozzarella topping. Pasta is cooked with spring water and organic extra-virgin olive oil.
