Made with local grass-fed ground beef, Japanese eggplant, organic yellow onions, organic coconut milk (BPA-free can, no additives), organic glass-jar tomato paste, pastured soy-free eggs, arrowroot powder, pastured beef tallow, spring water, organic garlic, organic parsley, organic spices (cinnamon, ginger, allspice, nutmeg, cayenne, black pepper), and Himalayan pink salt. One 7" pan contains about 2-3 servings; the 9" casserole is almost twice as large and contains 4-5 servings.
