Inspired by my mother’s “chicken fricassee” from the old Betty Crocker cookbook… A fantastic stew made with local pastured chicken thighs (Greenane Farm), organic yellow onions, organic carrots, OWC chicken broth, local pastured chicken fat, cassava flour, organic onion powder, organic paprika, and Himalayan pink salt. Dumplings are made with organic arrowroot flour, cassava flour, organic palm shortening, organic coconut milk (additive-free), baking soda, and Himalayan pink salt.
Packaged all in quart containers as meat is left on the bone, 4 thighs per quart. Dumplings are pre-baked and packaged separately. Add them to the stew upon serving; do NOT cook the dumplings.
