A delicious refreshing lactofermented beverage made with fresh ginger root, organic fresh-squeezed lime juice, raw honey, spring water, probiotic liquid from one of our cabbage ferments, and Pellegrino sparkling mineral water. This becomes less sweet with time due to the action of the beneficial microorganisms. May be further diluted with sparkling water as it is fairly concentrated but tastes great straight up (chilled first). Try it in special glasses, with good company or a lovely view — this makes a great healthy “treat” beverage!
