These extraordinary loaves are made with organic steamed & pureed beets, pastured soy-free eggs, organic raw cacao powder, expeller-pressed coconut oil, organic coconut flour, raw honey, baking soda, and Himalayan pink salt. We recommend serving at room temperature or slightly warmed (otherwise keep refrigerated).

Note on sugar content: each FULL loaf or SET of 4 muffins contains about 8 tsp of honey. These are lightly sweetened, more suited to a snack or breakfast than a dessert for the standard palate. They are a good dessert option for anyone used to very little sweetener.
